Write it in a sentence. It runs every day.

Ops Canvas turns a sentence into an automation. Anything it isn’t sure of, it asks you once. Then set it and forget it: it runs on your own device, around the clock, and you’ll hear from it on Telegram.

How a sentence becomes an automation.

It’s not the minutes it saves. It’s not having to think about it. Of the four steps, only one needs you.

  1. Write it in a sentence. The way you would text a friend.

  2. Rules read what’s certain. Time, items and delivery are read by plain rules, the same way every time. “Lions” is left open.

  3. Claude reads what rules can't. Only the part of your sentence the rules couldn't read is sent to Claude. Its guess waits for you to confirm.

  4. It runs on schedule. On your own device, around the clock. Results arrive on Telegram.

What it handles today.

Four kinds of routine, each one we were doing by hand first.

  • Transport booking. Checks train seats every 10 seconds within 24 hours of departure, across your whole time window, and holds one when it opens. Telegram tells you it’s held and how long you have to pay. You pay, unless you turn on auto-pay within a limit you set.

  • Facility booking & notices. Books facilities, from sports fields to study rooms, the moment booking opens, so nobody has to wait up for it. Notice alerts from the boards you follow go to Telegram.

  • Dorm requests. Overnight stay-out or late return, from one sentence. It can switch a night between the two, then checks the dorm site again to confirm it went through.

  • Briefings, live data & Notion. A daily Telegram briefing built from live data: KBO games, weather, fine dust and fuel prices. It also shows your Notion to-do list, so you can check things off.

Your device. Your limit.

Ops Canvas touches real accounts and real money, so these two rules don’t bend.

  1. 01

It runs on your device. Nothing is sent to us. Your logins, cards and data stay on your own device. The only thing that leaves it: the words the rules couldn’t read, which go to Claude.

  2. 02

It holds. You pay — or set a limit. By default it only holds the seat or slot and tells you how long you have. If you want, switch on auto-pay with a limit; it never goes above it.

What we’ve shipped.

A real system, built with Claude Code, used by 200 people.

Handong AI Native Camp

The first campus AI camp at Handong Global University, Mar – Jun 2026. We designed and built its whole operations system, from login to dashboard, on Supabase.

What the system handled

  • School-account login
  • Attendee roster
  • Reminder texts
  • Email
  • Attendance
  • Satisfaction survey
  • Organizer dashboard
  • Event page

What we learned

One feature didn’t land. We built an AI-usage league for attendees; participation stayed low because setting it up was cumbersome. The lesson: if setup is heavy, people don’t start.

Two plans. One of them is free.
